Power-Cut PC-10 is a chemical wonder in the field of lubrication and cooling products. It far exceeds the any other cutting lubrication
products. PC-10 is flexible enough to be applied in conjunction with other coolants or lubricants, but it is strong enough to be used as the only coolant or lubricant for most cutting or drilling applications.

PC-10, containing Muscle MT-10 Metal Treatment™, using ionic bonding agents,
metal film strength reducers and lubricity enhancing agents, in addition to friction reducing additives, exceeds all other products of its kind.
PC-10 contains no PTFE, moly disulfide (M0S2), sulfur or sulfated ash, graphite or
severely hydrotreated oils. The proprietary and complex nature of PC-10 is unique to all other compounds and fluids in the industry. Its ingredients and properties are
all approved by NIOSH and OSHA and contain no carcinogens or mutagens. PC-10 is not considered a toxic waste and can be disposed of as any other
organic hydrocarbon in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
APPLICATIONS/DIRECTIONS
DIRECT CUTTING LUBE/COOLANT FLUID: PC-10 can be used in this capacity as a direct replacement for currently used cutting fluids and lubricant/coolants in a
100% undiluted application. Its uses are in machining, drilling, tapping, cutting, milling, CNC, broaching, ballizing, sharpening, wet grinding and many other
operations. When used in its pure form, PC-10 will dramatically cool, extend tool life, provide more rapid and smoother cut ability and produce a final finish greater
or above spec than any product currently being used.
SUPPLEMENTAL ADDITIVE TO INSOLUBLE OILS: PC-10 can also be used to boost the ability of your base stock oil when added in a 10% by volume addition to
your existing oils. Similar results of reduced temperatures, extended tool life, better cut ability and improved final finish can be obtained by the addition of PC-10 to
your insoluble oil. PC-10 is compatible with all petroleum oils and most synthetics.**
* Some individuals with sensitive skin may experience a mild reaction with PC-10 as can be found
with most organic hydrocarbons under long periods of exposure. Please consult Material Safety Data Sheet for additional information.
** PC-10 should not be used with water glycol compounds or triphenol butylated phosphate oils
due to the nature and compatibility problems such products present to most other fluids.
NOTE: PC-10 will not cause improvement to zirconium, nickel, or their alloys. In areas where
spray applications of PC-10 are necessary, it is packaged in convenient hand pump spray bottles. The adjustable nozzle allows you to provide an overall misting of lubrication or pinpoint just the
areas you want with a jet spray. You can also use PC-10 with Muscle's Air Pressurized Sprayer, which works as well as an aerosol, but utilizes compressed air. The Air Pressurized Sprayer is
refillable, reusable and environmentally safe.
